Users in Iraq faced major difficulties accessing auto insurance and maintenance services due to complex paper-based processes, lack of digital tracking, and opaque pricing. Most claims were handled manually, leading to long delays and a frustrating user experience.
What we built
We built Uruk, a fully integrated digital platform that allows users to manage their car insurance and book maintenance services with ease. The app provides real-time claim tracking, transparent pricing, and instant notifications — making the entire insurance and maintenance experience seamless and reliable.
